I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was amazed by its stunning beauty. The spaciousness and elegance of the lobby truly took my breath away. The staff here were exceptional, treating me like a VIP and going above and beyond to assist me. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request I had. I felt honored and well-cared for throughout my stay. My room was equally impressive, with its beautiful design and comfortable furnishings. It provided a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that I absolutely loved.

the lobby was breathtaking with its vastness and elegance. Our room had stunning decor, including comfortable bedding and contemporary lighting. the bathroom was spacious, and the faucet was conveniently located, avoiding splashing water. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfast provided delicious options. We appreciated the location, which gave us easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the adjoining room, which slightly affected our experience.

The hotel is stunning, with a breathtakingly beautiful lobby. The staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful; I felt like a truly honoured guest. The location of the hotel was also great, being close to key attractions and shopping areas. Plus, the room was absolutely stunning and provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere during my Christmas stay.
The room was too warm for my liking, but I understand that some people might prefer it that way. the software used by the hotel was just so-so, and the check-in process took a bit too long.
